CONFUSED???
Sometimes I think I mentally DON't want to succeed. I do good for a few days and then BAM--have a day or moment that I forget I am watching what I eat and go ballistic with carbs--BAD carbs(like ice cream and chocolate)Then I am down because I gained weight-and the cycle starts all over again--Is anyone like this???? if so-let's help each other out and be buddies and LOSE the weight once and for all!!! I want to lose about 40 lbs
