I'm 24 years old and I have struggled with weight my whole life! I've never been really obese - my heaviest was 183 pounds in 2007 (I'm 5'8"). I enrolled in Weight Watchers at the time and went down to 155 pounds. Since then, my weight has been like a roller-coaster. I'm now 167 pounds and I just joined Weight Watchers for the third time. People tell me I "look great" and don't need to loose weight, but the truth is I don't feel like the best version of myself. I also know I have an unhealthly relationship with food - which I think will be a lifelong battle!
My goal right now is to loose over 20 pounds and basically stay healthy! I'm determined to loose the weight and keep it off for good - no more "yo-yoing". I do enjoy exercising and just ran my second half-marathon. I'm determined to run my third in the spring and get my time under 2 hours - which will happen if I can bring my weight down!
