Hi, I'm Jennifer from Denver. I am a copy editor, so I sit at a desk all day. :) (Not the most active lifestyle.) I also enjoy yoga, hiking, biking, water-rafting, and anything else outdoors. I used to be a dancer (ballet) so I know the machine my body can be, and I enjoy moving it.

My diet mistake is weeble-wobbling. I feel so much better when I'm eating right, exercising, and feeling strong.

I enjoy talking to like-minded friends about their eating habits and diet choices. I'm a foodie, and I do enjoy myself when I indulge. It was formative for me to learn that I'd rather have a little bit of something exquisite than a whole lot of McDonald's. :)

Pretty bummed out. I now have 10 pounds to lose to reach goal, when I was more like 7 pounds out when I started. Blah.
