Hi,

I use this application on my phone to update my calorie intake. I like it on the computer too, anything's better then having to write it all down. Helps me to keep self aware of my intake and I can scan items with my barcode scanner, which is the GREATEST!!!

Anyway, I've gotten a bit chunky (in my opinion) over the years and now it's time to whip myself, back into the shape I used to be. I've went from a healthy 165lbs to a fat 223lbs in 10 years (that's what married life does). Over the past two months I've been working my way back down. So far, in the past two months, I've went back down to 213lbs.

I've joined Zumba and Turbo kick, I attend an hour class three times a week, which has really helped. I plan on using this site to keep me in line to conquer the rest!!
