What do you think about the famous: Based on a 2,000 calorie diet?
If your calorie intake is lower than 2,000, is it ok to go higher once in a while as long as it's not above 2,000? According to FatSecret, my daily calorie intake should be 2,000 calories. However, the WebMD website says it should be 1,182. My height is 5'3 and my weight used to be 201 at the time. Every Nutrition Label of the products you buy says "Based on a 2,000 calorie diet". Therefore, one would suppose that 2,000 calories is the "healthy" way to go... what do you think?

What Do You Have for Breakfast?
Mon - Fri: I prepare my breakfast and lunch the night before, so I can sleep more in the morning! LOL First, I have a glass of water right before I leave to work. Twenty minutes later, I have a banana. Thirty minutes after I have an Activia Light Yogurt (Strawberry, Lemon or Peach). Two hours after my Yogurt, I have a cup of Red/Black Grapes, one apple or one orange, depending on what I have in my fridge (usually grapes). I have my lunch 2 hours after that and I usually have Oatmeal with a box of raisins, I find it very satisfying and keeps me full until dinner time, wich is usually 4-5 hours later. I do have a Fruit Snack between lunch and dinner though.

breast fat
I developed at an early age, when I was 9 yrs old. I started with a cup A. By 13 I was a C cup and stayed there until I turned 21 and started gaining weight. I'm 30 now and my size is DDD and suffer a lot of spasms as they are way too heavy. However, through the years I have noticed that loosing weight reduces my cup size. I'm sure that you'll notice a difference once you loose weight. I lost weight many years ago and became a size D after I lost 20 lbs. So it's just a matter of loosing weight only.

sweat suit...
I agree, get rid of it! Plus, sweat suits are known for lowering your blood pressure, so be careful with it!
