Still hanging in at 143 lbs... but I have been busy with other things and didn't get my exercise or walking done this week. I got some of it in, but not enough. I'm glad I didn't gain anything. My eating has been fine, except for having to throw out all my wonderful Amy's frozen dinners because of the frozen foods with vegetables in them have a virus... I'm waiting for the all clear sign to fill my freezer up again.
I want to share with my friends one of my tricks for not eating in the evening... I drink .. I drink a lot in the evening.. I like the "Cascade ICE" zero calorie flavored sparkling water and lots of good flavors.. I like the pomegranate best. but mostly I drink hot or warm drinks at night.. the warm/hot drinks seems to satisfy me and keep me from going for more food.
Right now my main source until the frozen veggies come back.. and ALSO THE PACKAGED VEGGIES... AND THE PACKAGED SALADS ARE ON THE VIRUS LIST TOO...
But when I am tempted to eat.. I go for a hot beverage and it works for me. Give it a try and tell me if it works for you.

still hanging in at 143 today, but that happens once in a while. I am still in the size 8 and its a tiny bit loose. Looking forward to a size 6. My friends think I don't need to lose anymore weight, but at 5'2" my doctor said that because of my height I should be weighing in the 120 lb area.. her assistant is 5'2" and weight 118 lbs. so I have a long way to go but I am working on it and I'm not worried. I love my pescatarian eating plan.. fish and veggies and all kinds of things.. more to choose from. I can go into any restaurant and order a pescatarian meal.
I need to get some business done, make some calls, and go take my five mile walk.

I WAS GOING TO POST A RECENT PHOTO, BUT I NEED INSTRUCTIONS... I CAN'T REMEMBER HOW I POSTED PICTURES IN THE PAST? AND MY PROFILE ISN'T SHOWING UP FOR ME? ANYONE KNOW WHAT TO DO?

My Story: My beloved husband died almost a year ago.. he was the love of my life. I still miss him. I didn't intentionally start a diet program, but being by myself now, I no longer cook what I call a "Man's meal". Being 5'2" I just can't eat the way a man eats.. It's more of a he was a big German Sheppard and I was a poodle.. a FAT poodle because I ate the same as he did. Now I eat proper portions, and I eat healthy foods. I have gone from a size 16 that was too tight, to a size 8 that is now starting to get too lose on me... maybe size 6 is coming along soon? I feel healthier and I can actually RUN!! I walk 5 miles a day... I am retired now and my birthday is just a few days away and I will be 69 yrs old. I think I'm following my families genetics' because no one thinks I'm that old. Runs in my family. I am feeling so much better about myself.
I am lonely, but I have some friends that try to keep me busy.
My advice to women is, don't eat like a man. You would not feed a poodle the same amount of food that you would give to a German Sheppard. think about it.
