Just starting over. Used to live a very active lifestyle and was in great condition! Spent the last 8 years in a bad relationship where my favorite activities were viewed as a "threat" to our relationship. Then when she got bored with me, (she began ridiculing my lack of healthy lifestyle)she took off shortly after. Now I am on my own and on a mission. I know what to do am I am just getting back into it. Wish me luck!
