I'm actually preparing to slim down for my wedding in over a year (September 2008). I researched the alli diet and like the low fat concept (not the pills so much, RESEARCH the information on the alli pills!!!!). Anyway, I bought "The alli Diet Plan" book which I strongly recommend! I am also alternating swimming and "Yoga Booty Ballet" to slim down and tone. Anyway, it's very easy to follow a 15%, 20% or 30% fat diet. I love it! I know what to eat where ever I go. (Gonna miss Starbuck's, though...).
