I feel AMAZING!!!
I want to shout from the rooftops how AMAZING I am feeling today and have been feeling for the past week or so...

I am on day 22 of the Advocare 24 Day Weight-Loss Challenge. I have not weighed in or measured since day 11 (as required) but at that point I was down 5 lbs. and 6 inches over all - AND I DID IT ALL IN 10 DAYS!

The most amazing part about this is the results and the maintaining. I know a handful of people who committed themselves to this product line and have lost weight/inches, AND KEPT IT OFF!!!! I just can't stress enough how great this is.

Last week, because I feel so strongly about these products, I became a distributer so I can pass along this wonderful feeling to the world. I am here if anyone needs help, has questions or wants to try out any of the products.

I have a ton of information if anyone is interested in learning more about Advocare, just let me know!

Which type of excercise WON'T you do at the gym?
I won't go near the free weights... There's always gigantic men all around there and I feel like a shrimp! I save the free weights for home Smile

P90x
Commiting to P90X is the best decision I've ever made in my life. I'm on day 40 and going strong. I can see results in my flexibility, strength and weight. I do not follow their diet as I have also commited myself to a healthy lifestyle,a strict diet is not for me. I've lost approximately 10% body fat in 40 days. I highly recommend it!

Calorie Counting & Sleeping
I do, your body naturally burns calories while you sleep. There's no reason not to count them... calories burned are calories burned, in my book! I just have my exercise diary set up to automatically calculate my daily routines (sleeping, driving, desk work, etc.) and I just go in an change it if I have to. Then I simply add whatever calories I burn working out in the evenings. This site is really good at helping you keep track of everything, it's great. Good luck!
