My ethnic foods of rices and high caloric sauces are the hardest to cut back on. Learning to switch the popular burger for turkey burgers. More salads and soups instead of sandwiches ALL the time. Egg whites vs whole egg. Less juice/soda. more water. Non fat milk, brown sugar. Olive oil vs. canola. It doesnt happen overnight. But it's finally clicking!
