I am a medical transcriptionist/biller during the day but my dream job would be a professional bowler. Seriously. I love all things Iron Maiden and Brooks & Dunn. My children mean more to me than anything else, and since I want to live to be 102 and see grandkids and great grandkids, I'm going to lose 30 lbs. I ordered a Bowflex Treadclimber TC20 and I'm getting stronger with it, and so from here it's onward and upward!

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I weigh myself every other week so I won't feel like I'm obsessing over a number. I watch what I eat with FatSecret and work out on my TreadClimber 30 minutes a day, three times a week. I've been working out sporadically due to overtime at work and was sick for a short while but I've lost 2" around my hips already!

I'm New!
Hi everyone, I'm new to the FS website.

I've had FS on my BlackBerry curve for a little while, and decided to start posting here. I'm excited to start a new chapter in my life regarding my weight and exercise. Last week I ordered a Bowflex TreadClimber and my 21 year old daughter will be my exercise buddy when it arrives Very Happy
