I AM 24, PREGNANT WITH MY FIRST. I AM IN THE ARMY BUT DON'T DO REGULAR PHYSICAL FITNESS BECAUSE OF THE PREGNANCY. I STRUGGLE WITH MY WEIGHT A LOT BECAUSE I **LOVE** TO EAT. IF I WORK OUT I CAN EAT WHATEVER I WANT BUT I AM ALWAYS SO TIRED BY THE TIME I GET HOME THAT I HAVE ONLY ATTENDED THE GYM REGULARLY WHILE DEPLOYED.
I AM CURRENTLY AT THE EXACT WEIGHT I SHOULD BE WHEN I DELIVER, (for my height) BUT HAVE THREE MONTHS TO GO BEFORE LABOR, I DON'T KNOW HOW I AM GOING TO DO IT BUT I WILL GET DOWN LOW ENOUGH SO THAT WHEN I DO GO INTO LABOR I AM NOT A POUND OVER 189. I WANT THE BABY TO BE HEALTHY BUT I REALIZE I NEED TO BE HEALTHY TOO AND UNNECESSARY WEIGHT IS NOT GOOD FOR EITHER OF US.
