I am a happily married mother of two beautiful boys. I am trying to lose all the weight that I have gained since my first child was born 10 years ago. I am currently on a low carb plan but very frustrated that my weight loss is slow. I am using Fat Secret to help me keep track of what I am eating and if I am hitting my goals.
