Morning Protein
I have a very long commute and like to hard boil eggs so that I can have one in the morning. Sometimes I do not have the chance to do that. I was wondering what are some other options for protein in the morning.

All suggestions are welcome.

Best Time to Weigh in?
So I've begun losing some weight. (7 lbs in 2 weeks) and my girlfriend and I argue over when is the best time to weigh yourself. I say the morning as it shows your true days work (and let's be honest, makes me feel better about myself) She says before getting into bed.

What do you think is best? (We were thinking of doing an average of the 2 weights)
