HMR Diet
I have been on the medically supervised HMR Decision Free diet since November 14, 2013 (just finishing up week 15 today!) and have lost 60lbs (potentially more since I haven't weighed in yet tonight).
Heading out now but can definitely give you more insight if you'd like. They also have a great site with lots of info and discussion boards.
