CPAP
After a while of being on CPAP, you will notice a difference, especially if you have to sleep without your CPAP (power outage, etc). I have found after 6 years of using CPAP that I realy need to make sure I get cardio exercise in - to keep my lungs functioning well on thier own.
I love my CPAP and my goal is to not have to use it when I lose my extra weight - but at the same time I am scared to lose it Smile
