Exercise tips
cardio training only burns fat whilst you are performing it, where as HIIT or weight training can continue to burn fat for even a day depending on the intensity. Its a good idea to combine cardio with both of these training types for a warm up and to improve cardio/endurance. I would suggest a circuit of body weight/weight exercises that use different muscles each time, this way you can reduce the rest period between exercises, increasing intensity and adding a cardio element to your workout.

Been a while since i last recorded a journal but my new mini challenge is to keep carbs to 170g and gradually reduce that amount, and to eat less dairy.

Unfortunately the old knee was playing up so could only managed just over a mile on the treadmill and 2 miles walking. So my total for this week is 8mile ...
