I was very surprised that my weight went down, not a lot, but it did go down. Now all I have to do is keep my diet going. Right now, I am not feeling deprived because I am finding things that I can have that won't sabotage my calorie intake. I'm good!

Had a croissant bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich from Wawa with a low fat caramel coffee. WOW, won't be doing that again any time soon. Already went over my carbs for the day

I went to the doctor today for weight loss and my bp was 130/89, a little high form me. Also took my BMI which was 42.2, still too high, but I lost 1 pound, yeah! Better than going up
