I have a mesomorph-endomorph body type, which means I have wide shoulders, wide build(hips), large arms, thighs & calfs, typically smaller waist but a protruding abdomen - I like to call it a "football build". I gain or lose quickly depending on the combination of exercise/diet lifestyle. I have a history of bouncing between obese & athletic sizes. My goal is to obtain a 'gut' measurement smaller than my chest measurement & 'cut up' my arms & chest.
