I have a mesomorph-endomorph body type, which means I have wide shoulders, wide build(hips), large arms, thighs & calfs, typically smaller waist but a protruding abdomen - I like to call it a "football build". I gain or lose quickly depending on the combination of exercise/diet lifestyle. I have a history of bouncing between obese & athletic sizes. My goal is to obtain a 'gut' measurement smaller than my chest measurement & 'cut up' my arms & chest.

How Often Do you weigh yourself?
I once saw on YouTube, a guy took a picture @ every pound he lost over a year's time. It was awesome to watch the metamorphosis! I set my camcorder on a tripod, pointed at my scale in an empty room in my house. Since I'm doing (my modified) hcG diet, which suggests weighing every morning after urination, that's the 1st thing I do when I wake up. Whenever I see the number is less than the previous, I hit the 'snapshot' button on the remote. I am SO looking forward to the animation I create once I reach my "AFTER" physique. That anticipation also reinforces my motivation every morning. Just thought I'd share that in case anyone is interested in doing that for themselves before they get too far to miss out on much of the "BEFORE" shot(s). Now, gotta go get my cardio in. Much SUCCESS to everyone!
