T-Minus one more week until finals. OMG this is always a hard time for me when it comes to working out! I need to do it because it helps me manage the stress but it just feels like I have no time.

Today's workout was hard. For some reason I just didn't want to stay on the machine. And I skipped my squats. Booo sucky workout days.

today is my daughters 13th birthday. She wanted to spend time with me so we went shopping. While there I ate the most disgusting 400 calorie fruit pie and now fee like crap. Needless to say, I will not be doing that again. SOOOOOO not worth is on soooooo many levels.

Started eating more junk food because of stress. Had to put my dog Shorty down this week and that made it hard to stay on track. Time to get back on track so that I feel better in more ways than one.
