I am a yo-yo dieter. I can lose 40 pounds, but I get bored with a diet and will gain the weight right back. In October, I lost 10 pounds by cutting carbs, but that only lasts for so long. I realize that I absolutely LOVE carbs...the bad ones! That's why LA Weight Loss worked for me. I lost 41 pounds with it in 2003, but again, I got tired of eating on a plan. It's like I had to be too controlled. I love to bake and, of course, eat what I bake. I would like to get back into my 10's, but preferably the 8's. I know I look small, but the picture didn't show me from the back...Man, oh man! These hips and thighs are killers to get off! I joined LA Weight Loss again this November. Just as I was getting into the program, they closed! I know I can follow the plan if only I can get back into the right mindset! I'll start off doing well in the a.m. and when the p.m. comes.....it's all over! Let the cheating begin!!! I need help!!!!
