This past week was rough. I felt really sluggish so I added more protein to my diet. My stomach didn't appreciated. Probably ate more that I should have. I was more active however! I mowed the yard walked the dogs etc. etc..

I weighed in this morning before my workout and was surprised! I'll just keep doing my veggie tacos and see what happens!

Hello,
My name is Gaebey,

I'm starting on my journey today and feel calm and ready to start.

I believe my diet is okay. My lack of exercise is my biggest problem.
I work at a desk all day long and the routine has breached my home life.

So today I will commit to an excercise program which only includes getting up and getting out of my comfort zone

I am considering myself a beginner in exercise since it has been at least 5 years since I have participated in and REAL activities.
