I do the same but lately i try distracting myself, go for a walk, listen to music, and if i still find myself looking for food i grab like wheat thins or a healthy snack but only the serving size. As for motivation that's tough for me too i'm just taking it one day at a time. You'll get there.

When I started trying to lose weight my heaviest was at 160. After several months I'm glad to be down to 150 but I haven't broken out of this weight range ...
