Before and After, anyone?
What motivation these photos give! I will keep coming back to this thread to inspire myself at those times when my cravings seems to be getting the best of me! I have been struggling on and off for almost 2 years with my health improvement, losing up to 53 pounds, but then gaining back 10-15 after a few months. I am not sure what my problem is, but it's almost as if I am afraid to let my thin self "out", once I start looking fabulous, I begin eating junk and fast food in massive amounts for weeks.
