I'm a 40 yr old mom of 3 who lives with my partner. He's also starting a weight loss effort. I'm an Air Force Veteran, who's out for medical reasons, some of which stem from having bad knees, bad enough that I have been told by a doctor not to run for exercise. I've never been 'huge' but I could definetly lose some extra pounds around the middle. I'm hoping that adding some exercise will help me more than anything. I've gone from a couple of active jobs to my current sedentary job where I don't do much moving around. Since I started this job almost 3 years ago I have gained around 25 lbs. Additionally, due to the sedentary nature of my job, my joints have started to hurt. I'm hoping some weight loss will help that too.
