Painon kanssa jojoilua jo vuodesta 2002. Vegaanisuuteen pyrkivä ruokavalio ollut käytössä pari vuotta, ja kasvissyöjä olen ollut lapsesta saakka. Aika usein juustoihin tulee sorruttua, varsinkin pizzaan. Nyt olen vihdoin alkanut kiinnittää kunnolla huomiota ruokavalion terveellisyyteen, sillä etenkin proteiinin riittävä saanti on ollut ongelmallista. Makrojen tarkkailun myötä leipä on tipahtanut ruokalistalta kuin huomaamatta, mutta helpot proteiininlähteet edelleen hieman hakusessa.
