Re-Start # 3: November 26, 2012 (188.8 lbs)
Re-Start # 4: March 21, 2013 (222.4 lbs)
Mini Goal #1: 199.9 {}
Mini Goal #2: 189.9 {}
Mini Goal #3: 174.6 {}
Mini Goal #4: 165.6 {}
Mini Goal #5: 155.6
Mini Goal #6: 145.6
Ultimate Goal: 135.6
My biggest goal is getting into the healthy weight range for my height (max:146 pounds) and giving myself an extra 10 pounds of wiggle room at 135 so that I can make sure I don't end up in that overweight category ever again! If I can get lower than 135, that would be awesome!
