Trying this YET AGAIN!
2 years ago I started to watch my calories and incorporating at least 30 minutes of exercise and I lost 40 pounds ... I kept most of it off for over a year but I am nowhere near where I want to be. So I am going to set small goals for myself. I would love to have some buddies who are also working on their weight and can give tips etc.
