Copy recipe.
I have created a recipe, and want to enter one that has the most of the same ingredients. It would be nice if I could open a recipe in the editor, then do a "save as" to create the modified recipe without having to re-enter all of those ingredients. That way I could still have both recipes.

Diet Soda - HELP
One can a week may not be bad, but I had a 1-2 32oz Big Gulp/day habit, and I have been doing much better having eliminated it completely about two months ago.

carbs, prot and fat proportion
I find that when I eat foods that I have determined to the best of my ability to be "healthy choices", I usually get about 25/25/50 Fat/Prot Carb. I find that increasing the P, and reducing the C, is a big challenge, and I feel o.k, and my lipids and blood glucose are lately telling me I'm doing something right, though meds are a factor. The doc believes lifestyle changes (diet and exercise) are also a big factor.
