I am 40 and my weight is staggering 89kg (196lb).
It is devastating look yourself in a mirror and not seeing my old self at 50kg (110lb). That was my weight before, 20 years ago to be exact. And now it is nearly double. I am not quite sure what I want more my years back or all my extra weight off.
I know I can not go back 20 years so I am aiming to lose that weight.
Not aiming to go down as mach as 39kg; I am very realistic and will be very happy with just -20kg.
I am a project manager with the stress level very high and no time to spare or relax.
It is my 40th resolution to lose weight and be happier and more active as a result.
