Food and Mood
Hi, I have a serious problem with food and mood, every time I feel sooooo happy I have the excuse to "celebrate" and therefore should not care about what I eat, some how I thing I have to eat the things that I love because I deserve them. So I eat cakes, and many things that I know will end up making me fat. After I eat this kind of food I feel soooo bad, and I was wondering if someone out there goes through this behavior...???
