Fell of the wagon
Fell off the wagon yesterday. Mom invited me for lent dinner couldn't say no. I did eat small portions but there was nothing healthy about the food. Then after dinner my sister invited me to go shopping. We ended the night by having cold coffee and a donut
Today is Saturday and that brings its own challenges because I normally do some errands and end up going out for dinner with husband and kids. Gotta make some smart healthy choices!! Plan on doing better today.
