Baked Ranch Pork Chops=Amazing!!!
One pack ranch packet
1/2 tsp Black pepper,
1/2 Tsp Salt
Pork chops 3/4" to 1" thick(bone-in or loin)
Mix all ingredients together in bowl or bag, place meat onto baking sheet so as they are not touching. Sprinkle seasoning onto to meat about 3 hours before planned cook time. Take out of fridge 30 min before they go into the oven. Bake on 450 degrees for 24 min, 12 min on each side, don't forget to flip. I made these tonight they were awesome. And my guilty pleasure is the fat off the meat, I love it can't do with out it, and even with the fat my cal were only about 105 per pork chop!Paired with some green beans and a cup of mashed potatoes you have a great low cal meal that fills you up but does not over do it.
