What exercising will reduce breast size quicker?
I'm so sorry to share this bad news, but I recently lost 15 pounds, and went up a size. Yup, that's right- up. I went from a 34DD (already huge) to a 34DDDD. That was about 4 months ago, and I'm still on the up and up- now I am a 32G. My mother frequently reminds me "people pay for those, you know!" (Why couldn't I get her frame!?) I hate them! I weight about 135 which is within healthy weight for my height too. But this is what keeps me motivated, the hope that my boobies will get smaller, but they dont. I just want small (er, at least) perky boobs like a 22 year old girl should have. I read somewhere (online) that there's some sorts of oil that you can rub on them several times a week and its supposed to help stimulate the lymphatic system and break down all the bad things that get stored in fat so your body can flush it out more easily. That article didn't mention that it would make them smaller, however, only firmer. but that's better than huge and saggy at least. It mentioned primrose and coconut oils, and also that there are some products you can buy. it recommended just buying the oil and mixing it with beeswax to make an ointment. (I tried to find the article for you, but no luck! sorry.) But like I mentioned, that was just some article I stumbled across, not sure of the sources or backing behind it, but it seems easy enough to do before bed.
But don't be too discouraged! When you go down a band size the cup size gets smaller too! so since I was a 34DDDD and am now a 32G, my boobs are the same size, the band just actually fits now.
Don't worry, you're not alone on this one! Just stay positive, and good things will happen and be thankful they make bras that are actually cute and sexy for larger busts!
