I am 24 years old and have been struggling to achieve a healthy weight since 2009. It is a job requirement of mine, being currently military, so it's more than just about my self image. My job rides on it. I kept having these start-stop moments within the last year, due to work tempo and injury, but I really plan to commit to this. I have no choice. I just have to do it.
