Always was skinny...then came the late 20's, the office job, the live-in boyfriend, less activity all around. Oh, and a massive potato chip weakness. I need to get this extra weight off. And really need to eliminate the overwhelming desire for salt. Did I mention I love potato chips?
Also, looking for enjoyable breakfast recipes/ideas...I don't really care for most breakfast foods. Well, except bacon. Anything I can make ahead would be great.
I am hoping to get some good tips and get back to a happy, healthier weight. Also hoping the accountability (even to online people) will make me work harder!
