Disastrous Week - Gained 700g!!
Hubby away - license to veg out and eat? - STUPID!!
Thinking about food ALL the time - even sneaking out to buy sweet stuff - work a nightmare with choccy box behind me.
CARBS = VICIOUS ENEMY (for me!!)
Gotta get back to my "Happy Place" where food is just to give me energy.
Mylanta bottle is at front of shelf again - heartburn constantly.
So disappointed weight lost from 1st Nov last year to 25th April this year has all "reappeared" - 102kgs - 87kgs = 15kgs back with a vengence - so fast - so relentless!
Hip joint 'okay' now - been chiro and massage therapy for 6 weeks - can walk a little without pain - Gotta keep up Glucosamine/Condroitin and fish oil - have early signs of Osteoporosis!!! Great!
'Fitflop' shoes are awesome, great shock absorbtion and 'workout' for legs.

Revised Mini Goals to work for:

GOAL 1 - 98kgs - 01st Nov 11 Kick Start - 2.5kgs in 8days
GOAL 2 - 92kgs - 01st Dec 11 Shepparton? - 6kgs in 4wks 2days
GOAL 3 - 87kgs - 01st Jan 12 NZ Holiday? - 5kgs in 4wks 3days
GOAL 4 - 82kgs - 01st Feb 12 S.A.D. 12th - 5kgs in 4wks 3days
GOAL 5 - 78kgs - 01st Mar 12 Swimming? - 4kgs in 4wks 1day
GOAL 6 - 75kgs - 01st Apr 12 L.E.M. 6th - 3kgs in 4wks 3days
GOAL 7 - 72kgs - 01st May 12 1978 NZ weight!!!

THEN ... only 7kgs to Goal at 1kg per week - Goal by end of June 2012!

Just worked out how much protein (in serves) to have per day = 450g (16 oz)which is 70-150g of actual protein. "Rule of Sevens" is easy to grasp. So - think I haven't been having enough maybe.
Also having too much cream - "New Atkins" says "1-1.5 oz" (28-56g)- gotta cut down on the sweetened whipped cream and cocoa with my jelly - haha!!
Good training session last night - learning what exercises to do at home when I'm 'on my own' - left hip/leg joint really ached later - took 3 nurophen and knocked it over - athritis maybe? Will monitor how it goes as I lose weight.
Staying off artificially sweetened stuff for a while - don't like the 'sweet' taste in mouth after - could be ketosis tho'- water is great. Can now tell the difference between hunger and thirst.
Carefully reading "New Atkins" now - picking up some great pointers.
Totally missed the salty broth thing the first time?!
Got the Shirataki noodles yesterday - having "Spaghetti Bolognese" tonight!!
Anyways ... gotta get back to work ...
