How do I get more protein?
I am lactose intolerant and cannot eat eggs, drink milk and many other dairy products. I can tolerate butter and frozen yogurt(only chocolate for some reason) I'd like to have protein shakes but many times they require some type of dairy so I lose out. Oh and I have tried Soy milk, almond milk, yada, yada, yada and while I don't vomit(sorry) they make me very nauseous. Any suggestions?

Hello everyone. I just signed up yesterday. Having another go at trying to lose this weight. I did South Beach about 6 years ago and it worked wonders for me. Unfortunately, I have gained it all back and then some. I need to get it off this time for good, knees hurt, ankles swollen, never had this in my life!! Weight loss for health........
