performance: gaining 0.5 lb a week
Hi, I'm 29 years old and I have a 2 year old baby girl. I started my diet 7 days ago weighing in at 220lbs. I haven't been on a diet in about 6 years.It used to be so easy to lose weight and now not so much but I guess that is what comes with getting older. I work as a RN from 7p-7a and that makes losing weight seem so much harder. Getting myself past the first few days of what I considered "starving" was the hardest. I don't feel like I'm starving anymore:) I am determined to lose the 60 pounds that I have packed on the past 8 years. Anyone that would like to be a buddy to get and give motivation please feel free to send a request. I need all the help I can get.
