I'm a grad student trying to get a handle on my weight before I start job hunting. I want to look as qualified for jobs as I feel, and I don't want to be self conscious at interviews. At least no more self conscious than people normally feel at interviews.
I'm a runner, I love dance aerobics, and I ride a vespa style scooter or my bike to work every day.
I'm on a huge casserole kick because I need lots of leftovers for my partner, who's so busy with work right now that he forgets to eat. I know it's awful, but that makes me a little jealous.
