SERIOUSLY! I'm out of this discussion, you are wrong, advise anyone reading this that they are wrong. Not "ALL" of ANYTHING is bad for you, but go ahead and eat all the butter you want HA. You will not do your body any good. Now, there is meat with stearic acic, and eating sensible amounts of foods rich in stearic acid, seems to be scientifically fine, but to say saturated fat is healthy is a very misleading statement!

A simple google search will prove you wrong. Quit with the myths. Sure, you can over do anything, but saturated fat is essential.

The rational and scientific weight loss discussion thread
Why exercise if you're just going to re eat the calories expended? Doesn't make any sense. There may be some benefit to having a day where you have a small surplus or maintenance for a week but don't make it an excuse to stop counting calories. You can easily set yourself back in a day or weekend of bingeing.

The benefit may be more psychological than physical.

Dark chocolate is full of MUFAs; studies show eating a diet high in these healthy fats can rev your metabolism to burn fat and calories. It may also help by curbing cravings for salt, sweet, or fatty diet-wreckers. ......BOOM

But make sure you keep it to a single serving, hence why I suggested the individual packs.

Lol, nah, no food can "rev" your metabolism. Now, there is a thing called the thermic effect of food. Macronutrients all need a different percentage of their own energy to be digested. If anything helps it would be protein as the TEF is about 25% much higher than fat and carbs.

The differences would be neglible in a mixed diet though.
