Hey all!
I'm Desirae (27). I married Sean (28) in October of 2003 and found out I was pregnant the following February. Aidan was born Sept 23. Colin, our youngest, was born April 06,2006.

I have never had a weight problem before getting pregnant... though I never had a very healthy body image either. I gained 90 lb during my pregnancy with Aidan and was devastated. Having had a C-section I was terrified to do too much exercise and was pregnant 10 months later. After Colin was born I was 210 lb.
I'm down to 183 lb but have a LONG way to go to be comfortable.

Day 1 of SBD
I'm excited and HOPING I can stay motivated. The only discouraging thing I've seen so far is my grocery bill. YIKES! Any tips on CHEAPER ways to do phase 1? Does it get better once you move to phase 2?

I also just looked at my caloric intake and DEFINETLY need to find some way to take in more calories as I've only had 419 so far today. I know I still have dinner and dessert but that certainly won't make up for it. How do you all make sure you're taking in enough calories??? I figure I need another 1000 cal.
