performance: losing 1.0 lb a week
I am 5 3 and am trying to lose another 20 pounds by Christmas to meet the goal set by my personal trainer and nutrition coach have decided I need to lose. I agree totally but don't think I will do it. It took me six months to lose the first 30. They have me on a low cardo, limited msg 1200 calorie diet which I am finding very hard to follow. I attend a fitness class three days a week which is made up of one one hour cardio day and two one hour strength training days. I am suppose to do a second cardio day on my own. I take a hour long racquetball lesson once a week and play three half hour days on my own. I also meet with a personal trainer one day a week for an hour.
