I feel that I need to take my health seriouly more now then ever. I have hard that there are more obese people then those who are physically fit bu I have to say I see more fit people around me then those who are obsese and I have a trip coming up in which I will be goign to NYC I want to be healthy for my trip not someone who can't do evertthing they want to do because they are not fit. Well this is my motivator for now, And I hope I am able to meet my goal. That trip cam and went NYC was awesome, lost very little weight, but I understand now that weightloss is a lifestyle change and not a temporay thing, once lose not need to worry cause thats not true you will just gain it back.
