Semi-retired engineering consultant. Work mostly in Sweden (love that place!). Computer geek and love to read and stay up on current events. I stay somewhat active in the summer, but don't care much for disciplined exercise! I need to make that a higher priority.
I think health and the perception we have of ourselves is an illusion created by comparing ourselves to others who are thinner, younger, better looking, etc. While beauty is something to behold, I should be comfortable in my own skin and love myself for who I am as a person, as well as be satisfied with what I have or don't have. For me, it's about love, light, and peace for all humanity. I believe "Do No harm" means peace.
Finally, I believe that the healthiest foods are full of light and energy. So, I am shifting more towards a vegan-type diet of whole foods.
