best breakfast?
I make over night oats (gluten free). Rolled oats, plain Balkan or greek yogurt, almond milk, peanut butter, banana, cocoa powder, protein powder, and xylitol as a sweetener, it's a sugar alcohol that isn't absorbed by the body and only contains a few carbs per tbsp. I throw it all into a blender and leave it in the fridge overnight in individual cups. In the morning the oats have absorbed all the liquid and have transformed into a custardy treat.
