So frustrated!
Even if you've hit a plateau, eating healthy is A LOT better than going back to our old lifestyles. Just look at the bright side you are losing weight in a very healthy way Very Happy

Thanksgiving Feast!!!
I remember only last year I ate whatever I saw in front of me, now its just different. This is the first Thanksgiving ever I will be counting my calories Laughing

Uh oh....Saturated fats
I recently found out that the coffees I've been drinking contain saturated fat in them. I only drink at most 2 a day, and each serving contains 2grams of sat. fat, so at most I would take in 4-5 grams of saturated fat a day. Is this healthy? I mean I've looked all over online and I've been getting mixed comments on it... like if you're trying to lose weight you must avoid sat. fat at ALL costs. And there are some articles that say it's okay to eat and even healthy in small quantities?


I'm just really confused and I'd like to hear your opinions on this. Should I keep drinking my coffee? I mean I enjoy it so much, but I'd still like to lose weight... help!
