I'm a mother of five, I've accomplished lots of things in my life, but the one thing I've left out is taking care of myself. I have put my family first and have neglected myself. I'm now trying to take better care of myself by losing weight, gaining confidence, and becoming independent. I'm worth it, I'm beautiful, and I deserve to be happy. My children deserve to have a happy mother and I'm making it my mission to lose this weight once and for all!

Hi All,
Each of us are going to have an opinion on Rachel winning on the
Biggest Loser. I've watched the show right from the beginning and
I'm just wondering if MAYBE she wanted to make sure she Would/Could
win that $250,000.00 and then GAIN some weight back but wait until after
the Grand Finally. I think that $$$ would make a person think about it. Oh, did you notice the winner of the at home prize of $100,000.00? Tumie weighed in at 144.0 lbs and she too looked a little on the to thin side.

I think Tumi looked fantastic, the dramatic change of what she looked like before and then after. I would say that her weight is in a healthy range better than 105 that's for sure. But in response to Rachel winning that money, I also think she did it to win. If someone told me I had to drop a significant amount of weight to win 250,000 I'd do it in a heartbeat, lol!

Weights First or Cardio
Incorporate both at the same time and when you do your heart will work harder to burn that abnoxious fat you are trying to get rid off. The old school heart rate stuff is so 80's and the harder you work the faster you'll lose weight. If you can buy Jillian Michael's 1-2-3 lose 20 lbs in 30 days, her excercise's are worth it. I have lost a total of nine pounds doing her excercises twice to three times a week with mild jogging on the treadmill on alternate days. Sometimes I skipped a week of excercise and I still lost 9 in a month. I probably would have lost more if I would have stuck to her program all month.
