How Often Do you weigh yourself?
Every Friday morning right after I go to the bathroom before I get fully dressed and do anything else. I figured that would be the best time. I was doing it on Monday but sometimes I'm not the best on the weekends and I would just depress myself so Friday's is the best for me.
