Start Weight
486.0 lb
Lost so far: 172.4 lb

Current Weight
313.6 lb
Performance: gaining 0.1 lb a week

Goal Weight
186.0 lb
Still to go: 127.6 lb
I'm a 30 year old nurse that works nights...living in Kansas...I've been following weight watchers for over 2 years...with significant success until I fell off the wagon last summer and just have never gotten back on the wagon...that's my current goal.

I started out at over 500 pounds...my highest recorded weight is 478.6...and my goal is to hit 186.6 someday. I really just want to look as beautiful on the outside to everyone as I am on the inside.

As I've regained some weight following the wagon falling...I have lost some self confidence. So, this time, as it was the last time, my goal is to gain *that* back. And to have stronger knees so they don't hurt so much.

For each goal I'm going to buy myself something I want...what that something is I don't know! But it will be something

Goals:

Goal #1: 315 Reached August 2010
Goal #2: 300 (and staying under it)
Goal #3: 285
Goal #4: 270
Goal #5: 255
Goal #6: 240
Goal #7: 225
Goal #8: 210
Goal #9: 195
Goal #10: 180

Low points foods
The Sara Lee Deliteful breads are also 1 pt for 2 slices. I'm also in love with the Thomas light english muffins (1 muffin for 1 pt!! 2 muffins = 3 points thought). Low calorie string cheese (1 pt for 1), sugar free jello pudding (1 pt for 1), and kashi bars (3 pts for each one) are my go to foods- the fiber fills me up. I also do a lot of veggies (as they are 0 as was sugested), and hummus!!! Fat free salsa = 0 for a serving, baked tostidos = 2 pts for about 15 chips. Sometimes, I even reach for dry cereal (a lot of them are 2-3 points for 1 serving, and they are loaded with nutrition) and sugar free soy milk is my favorite new addiction.

Hope some of this helps for snacksSmile
